| IP Office :question: Can anyone tell me why calls from DID ext. will not go over the PRI but non-DID ext. call will. What do I need to look at in programming and what would be the correct programming to make this work? Thanks in advance! Last edited by rixride; 02-25-2006 at 05:37 PM. | ||||||||

Location: Tolland, CT Rep Power: 7  | OK let me ask some garden variety questions here. The way I read your post, it seems like the problem is OUTGOING calling vs. incoming calling. Is that correct? If so are there any type of route patterns in IP Office? I know with Definity I can control which route patterns are used for what dial strings and further from what extensions based on restriction levels. | ||||||||
