Hello everyone
Hi,

I'm very new in the world of PBX, I'm actually in training to be the person in charge of the telephony system of a call center. I'm currently doing minor PBX related tasks and this site has been great to help me learn about PBX. It has a friendly atmosphere and the site is easy to browse.

improving your PBX
Hi Francys,

Good luck with your new responsibilites! There are some good solutions our there for improving PBXs, which you can find on this site. I would like to recommend one solution in particular, which might give you a competitive advantage. When you feel like you are ready for the next step, check out the xxxx for improving and monitoring call quality.
