Hello,

Complete noob here. i've been looking for a site like this. is there a good place to start. the system we have here is a OTM option 61 and i use the GUI to program Add, Moves and delete. i get requests for funky ringdowns and hotdials and i have no clue what they mean. is there like a cheat sheet i can go reference to?

poke into the Nortel forums and do some searches. You will find alot of questions have been asked and answered previously. If you can't find it, it is a good group to ask questions of.
