I've come out of hiding to say hi!
Hi everyone.

I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and really appreciate that there is a website like this available to help with all the teccie problems us phone people face!

Cheers Keith for pointing me in this direction...

I mainly work with Meridian, BCM and Norstar and all the gumpf that goes along with them such as Callpilot, Symposium, GRTD, AgentView, etc.
