Hello everyone

I signed up here a few days ago, and just found this forum.

I've been in I/T for 7 years in technical support and break/fix. for the last 11 months I have been doing Voice support administering various Avaya systems for a tool manufacturing company.

Our primary site has an Avaya Definity G3r with (now) 3 port networks and is running Intuity LX voicemail. This location also has an Aspect call center with 32 agents. (everything will be getting upgraded in a year I hope)

Our biggest site has an Avaya 8700, 2 ports networks, Modular Messaging, CMS, and is reviewing Witness for WFM.

We have a bunch of smaller sites with scattered Nortel and some Meridian systems.

Avaya is the standard and we are trying to move those smaller sites over to IP Office, or a small switch.

My primary duties include moves adds and changes, punch-downs, tracing out jacks, programming within the switch, and primary support for CMS administration and report creation.

Anyway, just saying HI, and I am here to learn, and provide help where I can.

Thanks,

Brian

Wecome. We are using Witness WFM V7. Our call center is pretty happy with it.

Welcome to our house. We have a call center operated in six locations nationwide using BSR and are beginning to install Witness into the three major sites.
