Hi, john Manning..
I'm the Network Adminstrator for a insurance firm and I just took over phone duties. Well about 2 months ago.

I have a few questions but I'll start with this..

We have some users that are physically moving to another floor.

Their current phone ext's plug into a different loop all together.

How do I move them to the new floor with least amount of problems ?

For example TN numbers 15th floor = Loop 4, Shelf 0 or 1

New 12th floor = Loop 8, Shelf 0.

I hope I provided enough information, thanks.

Sounds like a Nortel, post in the Meridian Section, it is pretty easy to accomplish this task it's just a mov command.
Look in the Nortel Wiki
