| Junior Member | Hello All Hi, My name is Russell, I am new to the forum. I work as a IS support rep and have inherited the job of managing the phones at my company. I don't mind I always wanted to learn about how pbxs and phone systems worked. The only challenge I have is being a complete newbie to pbxs. The current phone system we use at work is a meridian option 11 from what I understand. If anybody can point me in the direction of where to start reading that would be great. Thanks |
