| Junior Member |  Programing question Hi there: I am an end user and have a Strata DK system with 2 lines, 5 DK handsets and an extention card connected to 3 regular handsets. My children have come to an age where phoning their friends is about to put me into the poor house. I would be eternally gratefull if someone could explain how to prevent them from calling high cost numbers such as mobile numbers, these always start with "07" in the UK, "0906" numbers, high rate calls in the UK and 118 numbers, these are information lines in the UK. I am sure this seems to be an easy problem for those familiar with this system but I do not have any reference material or any formal training in this area of expertise. I do know that my main handset is capable of programing the Strata but I do not know the sequence of keys necessary to manage this. If someone can help then I would be forever grateful. Brian |
