Hello from the Frozen NORTH

k4nny here just passing thru in search of info on Avaya 302C console! I'm looking at taking unit apart and repairing stuck key, but unable to find any maintenance documentation for disassembling the unit, screws are easy but the front (lower) end is giving me fits.....

Anyway, I'm aways up for places to find information and this looked interesting, never can have too much info at hand, right!

Take care all and to all have a great weekend!

There is no field repair documentation from Avaya for any type of phone. Their point of view is that you replace it with a new one. Avaya, itself, rarely takes time to repair returned sets. They are usually recycled because it is cheaper to do that than employ people and spare parts to repair phones. So, unless someone else has done this already and can help you, you are breaking new ground.

You might try some WD-40 on the button to see if it loosens.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.
