| Junior Member |  hello all I am new to the forum and new to the industry. Would someone please share with me the best way to accomplish the following. I have an option 61. I have a department of 5 employees who have their own lines with an additonal shared line on each of their phones. I would like for all calls to foward to voicemail when no one is in the office and if only one person is in the office and their phone is not forwarded I want that phone to be the only phone to ring thanks !! |
