Hello there
Hi,
This is my first time posting into this forum as I just joined. I'm new to pbx world so I might be asking silly questions its just I don't know how to do the pbx language. I have to manage and support Nortel Meridian 1 Option 11C. Is the any how to do book that I can pick it up and bring me up to speed?

Welcome, I can't say that I know anything about the 11c. Ask your questions in the http://www.pbxinfo.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=65 forum, anything you think will be the simplest problem just do a search before you ask (it's often quicker to find someone else's question from 6 months ago and read it than post the same question again and wait for a reply )
