Red face New with Questions
Hello,

I am new to Nortel as well as Symposium.

Prior to my new role, my experience has been with Aspect (6.0-8.4) and Avaya (Definity and CMS 12.0).

I'm hoping to help out in those forums as well as learn about Nortel as a tradeoff of information and knowledge.
