Post Hi to all
I am ACA certified, Meridian trained, and about to get my hands into the Cisco Call manager. These systems some times all run together and I am finding I can't remember them all. That is why I am a part of this forum.
I know there are many gifted technicians out there that are willing to help. I thank you all in advance.
