Hi everybody!
Hello folks.

Just joined the board. I'm a Windows sysadmin based in Kent, United Kingdom. I've never managed phone systems before but with the departure of our phones man I'm now most definitely it after a 2 hour handover. We've a CS1000, OTM, CC6 and Call Pilot.
