Red face Hello folks
Hi all, I work as a network analyst in a hospital. Management recently decided they could save money if the IT department started handling the phones, MAC's, programming, etc..I was the lucky dude that was asked to learn how to do all that with no experience, so here I am for a crash course (which I have read) and any other tricks and tips I can learn.
