| Junior Member |  Hello! Hi there, Chris from NC here. Currently working on many different jobs here and one of them is the Avaya, have been doing this for approx. one year. E.g. I am not sure if my system is a definity, its a S8100 is all I know. Very new! I am in the armed forces , Air force as a Hospital Equipment Repair Tekie for 12 years. Just found out about this place yesterday surfing the net at home. After having a frustrating time with this system and getting no luck or support......no contract in place. I am the only person working on this system that supports about 250+ clinic personnel. You can imagine the frustration!!! In the meantime, I am glad I found a site hopefully, I can get some help.
