Unhappy New Member-Trainer
Hi all I am brand new to this forum and hope to be helpful as well as receive help. I offer training on site & online tutorials, and perform various other CSR functions on a contract as needed basis. I have been in telecom for 20+ years mostly in sales but I did also own a small company for 5 years. I am not a tech but as a trainer who is often on site I frequently get questions from customers I cannot answer. I am hoping this will be a good source for me.
Right now if anyone knows where I can get an NEC Electra Elite IN-ACD user guide, training manual or similar I would really appreciate the help.
