Thumbs up Green Horn

Greetings All,

I am new to PBXInfo and PBX Administration in general. I just started a new job in the hospitality industry.

My predecessor administered the PBX, phones and wiring. The expectation from management, as well as myself, is that I learn the ropes.
I am very excited about learning the new skill.

My experience is in desktop, server and basic network administration. Previously, I worked in the manufacturing industry, where I started as a PC Technician and moved up to Asst. Management. I love my current role because I am a Director, but I still get to be in the trenches.

Please forgive my basic questions about PBX administration...

Good to be here!

Always good to hear from someone new, we look forward to helping in any way that we can around here. Don't worry about how basic you think a question may be, we've all had to start somewhere.
