First post from a pbx noob, so please be gentle...
I have been handed the care and feeding of an Axxess system (with *no* background).
I searched and found no info.
I have an Intertel Axxess system (V 9.0) that we just switched to VOIP. Since the changeover, users dialing in with a cellular phone have had problems that seem to point to the DTMF data not being detected properly (usually the first digit gets dropped, as indicated by they way their calls end up getting routed). Any suggestions on where to start experimenting with settings?
Is there some logging facility that will help me determine what exactly is going on?

Thanks in advance,

Cody

Hello,
It's been a while, so I don't remember exactly what we ended up doing... and the problem still exists, but not to the same degree.
Mostly, we played with DTMF settings until our users stopped complaining as much.
A lot of it was just lowering their expectations, unfortunately.
Sorry I couldn't offer more ...
