| The customer has a two node network with all traffic to the outside world going through node one. Everything was working fine until we changed node one from loop start lines to a PRI. Now, node two is unable to call an "800" number that they were able to call before the upgrade. When the custome attempts to make the call, the caller hears the first fraction of a second of the far end's auto-attendant, and then ringback. We had this problem with some of the seven digit numbers and were able to resolve the issue by clicking the box on all three PRI cards which tells the Axxess to let the telco provide the call progress tones. This does not seem to have worked on this one "800" number. Any ideas? The software is 5.06 with Axxessorytalk. |
