Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Transfer to an external number I have 4 AXXESS 8.0 sites networked together soon will be adding another, we use five digit dialing between sites, my problem is that many people are dialing the whole seven digit number which takes the call off the network, is there anyway that the inter-tels can route the calls over the point to points? i've been told that i can do this with ars but will then loose my five digit dialing between the sites.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You should be able to do it using ARS. Set the 7 digit dial string to use a node trunk group instead of the PSTN trunk group. This way it should interfere with dialing your internal extension numbers. --Denwa.uk.com-- Inter-Tel Experts UK!
