I have an Axxess system using 4.1. We have a 5 second delay on all incoming calls before the caller can hear us or we can hear them. Do you have any suggestions? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

What type of incoming lines? LS, GS or T1? Does this also happen on outgoing calls? Do calls first go to a CRA or AA before dropping to an extension?
