Does anyone know if you can have a voice mailbox take a call after trying an outside telephone number and finding it busy - without turning on announced or screened. Avaya's Telecommuting software did this allowing us to have remote workers without the caller perceiving anything different about how their call is being handled. Thanks.

Switch Resets
From your statement it sounds like you want the voice mailbox to record the busy tone, but I do not think this is what you were asking?
