Mitel/Inter-Tel Axxess & 5000 System Manuals
Do to high demand requests for these documents, I am posting links to download the system level manual packages. There are NO user guides in these packages, most user guides are readily available with a little looking on the Internet.

This should cover 99% of all system documentation requests most users have.

These manuals are the most up-to-date releases as of the original posting of this message (January 2010) and might be newer than your system but in general cover all previous software releases of the same system type.

I re-downloaded and checked all 4 packages, they seem fine. Not sure why you would have any problems, they have all been downloaded several times and no one has said they had any problems.
