When leaving a Voicemail for a user on our phone system there is an option to copy the voicemail to another mailbox however this does not seem to work. After entering the extension for the 2nd mailbox and pressing # to accept (which is what the instructions state to do) the system takes you back to the same prompt to enter another extension. Pressing * gets you out of the loop but the voicemail is never delivered.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or maybe the proper sequence of keys to press if we are doing it incorrectly?

Press # a second time after you press it the first time. This should send it.

That doesn't seem to work either. After pressing # a second time it just brings up a directory search. Any other thoughts
