Rep Power: 0 ![]() | DND and voicemail We have an Inter-Tel 5200 system (top of DB Studio says "Inter-Tel 5000 - 2.3.6.47). As best I can figure out we have two options... (1) IC callers can either see the DND message and not go to voicemail or (2) IC callers will not see DND and directly to voicemail. The setting that I am toggling to go between these is under Endpoints, (specific endpoint), Forwarding Paths, 1, Station - DND. (1) above setting is No, (2) above setting is Yes. Is there some other setting that I can change so that IC callers will see the DND message and then be forwarded to their voicemail? Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Forwarding Path DND is set to No and No Answer is set to yes. However, calls never transfer to voicemail after seeing the DND message and hearing the fast double-beep busy signal. Which No Answer timer should be changed? I tried lowering the "Forward No Answer" under Timers and Limits, but that didn't change anything. I even let the phone beep at me for a minute before I got an Off Hook system alarm.
