Hunt Group
I have an inter-tel axxess system. I have users that are logged into multiple hunt groups. Is there anything I can do so that the user knows what hunt group it is ringing?

Any help is always appreciated.

Place a CRA before the Hunt Group. No recordings. Timeout to transfer to the Hunt Group. Name the CRA after the transfer destination (Customer Service, Help Desk, etc). The display should show the CRA name.
