Question on some Axxess log messages

I have a customer with an Axxess 9.124 CPC-Dual and Enterprise Messaging that has been getting some strange message print errors I have never seen before when the system does a maintenance reboot on a weekly basis. Can anybody explain these a little better to me:

-01:001- 01:00 05-21 *** AXXESS Use of set_voip_configuration_bvm_limit!!!

and

-01:391- 01:00 05-21 M5028 WRN HW SS High Ring Line Error For [9.8.0]
-01:392- 01:00 05-21 M5028 WRN HW SS High Ring Line Error For [9.5.0]

These never happen except on a reset and do not seem to be service affecting from what I can tell, so I haven't called tech support but I am unfamiliar with either, especially the first one since they don't have "bvm" which I assume is basic voice mail, and the last two are something to do with a wiring issue, but these lines test fine in operation.

Thanks in advance...

I thought that the BVM was only on a 5000. Is this system networked with a 5000 possibly?

What kind of card is in slot 9?

I haven't seen any of these either but would like to know what they mean too.

I agree with your statement about the BVM, and this system is not networked at all, "bvm" in this case may mean something else entirely.

Card slot 9 is a LSC w/daughter card.

If someone PM's me or I find an answer somewhere else, I will post it here.

Enjoy I dug this out just for you....

M5028 High Ring Line Error for <b.p.d> End High Ring Line Error
for <b.p.d>
FIELDS: b.p.d The board/port/device of the trunk that experienced the high ring line error.
CAUSE: A High Ring Line Error message is printed whenever a trunk circuit's Ring Detect Status bit is
active for an unusually long period of time. This generally indicates a hardware failure or wiring
problem. The End High Ring Line Error message is printed when the trunk circuit's Ring Detect
Status bit becomes deactivated after it was active for an unusually long period of time. This
corresponds to the error condition appearing to be corrected.
AXXESS ACTION: For the High Ring Line Error, verify that the wiring is correct for the indicated trunk circuit. If the
problem persists, replace the LSC (or LSCD) board.
CS-5XXX ACTION: For the High Ring Line Error, verify that the wiring is correct for the indicated trunk circuit. If the
problem persists, replace the LS expansion module or immediately following the error, perform
a Freeze and send the information to Inter-Tel Field Service. If the problem occurs on one of the
2 on-board loopstart trunks, report the information to Inter-Tel Field Service

Just an update on this...

Apparently the "bvm" message (and all Axxess bvm messages) was just an erroneous message, tech support had me upgrade the PBX to v9.128 and message disappeared.

The High Ring Line error messages are still there, tried replacing the LSC and the daughter board with a known good card, and the message is still there yet there is no problem in using the trunks, so I just swapped the original card back and will just forget about it unless something fails.
