Axxess PRI and Asterisk

So I'm trying to integrate my asterisk box with my Axxess PBX.

I have a stand alone T1/E1 PRI card that is crossed over to the Asterisk box with a Digium TE120P T1/PRI card.

How would I go about setting up a CRT to take a DID and 'route' it to the Asterisk T1 card.

DID --> Telco --> AxxessT1 Card (1) --> AxxessT1 Card (3) --> Asterisk Box

This works already:
Asterisk --> AxxessT1 Card (3) --> AxxessT1 Card(1) --> Telco

Something with Trunk to Trunk routing. Etc.

Can you call the endpoints on the Asterisk Server from the Axxess now?

I am able to call the stations from the asterisk box and am capable of contacting the asterisk box from the stations.

From a station I dial the B Channel Trunk Group directly, then enter in a SIP extension number in my extensions.conf and it will dial, but it takes a good 10 - 15 seconds before it does... maybe a timer, will look...

Now from the SIP side, I can dial a Dial(ZAP/1/###) and it will dial the Day Ring-In Type, which I'm changing to collected digits... hmmm not sure if it's working yet.

Now... If I want to make an outgoing call, I'm thinking that I can do a Dial(ZAP/10/818004444444) or something...

It looks like the Axxess is not passing caller ID information from one PRI to the other PRI... which doesn't make any sense... if I were to install a remote cabinet and expect caller id to work?... der... maybe I'm missing some fancy software to allow me to do this.

The Axxess will not pass caller ID as you have found out on a TIE trunk. I am not sure about the option that SilentJ619 has proposed. A couple of thoughts that I have would be to try ringing the calls into an analog voice mail hunt group, which will pass caller ID. Second would be changing the circuit type on the tie trunk to FXO or LS.
There has to be a way to do this...

So I'm still screwing around with this...

I had my zapata.conf set to signalling=pri_net and everything was working, but I got the idea that the Asterisk box is really a slave to the Axxess PBX...

I changed signalling=pri_cpe and set my reference clock for Masters for Private network but am still getting an error.

[Nov 5 08:50:55] WARNING[8337]: chan_dahdi.c:9517 pri_dchannel: PRI Error on span 0: We think we're the CPE, but they think they're the CPE too.

Hmmm...
