Question Group List Mailbox - can't leave a message

I'm trying to set up a group mailbox for our sales reps, but I can't seem to get it to work. I went to Voice Processor/Devices/Group Lists and created a new list (box number 199) and gave it a user name and description. I then added myself and my backup as test mailboxes. When I call the voice mail system, however, and type in the extension I get an "Invalid Number" error. What did I miss?

I'm using Axxess version 10.003 with a single node. Thanks in advance.

You will need to log into a mailbox then send from within the mailbox to be able to deliver to a group list.

Thanks. That worked.

Curious, though, does that mean that we can't transfer calls into the group list and have it delivered to all endpoints?
