Report to show PRI usage?

hi,

we've been having some problems were people are getting a busy signal when trying to make outgoing calls so am wondering if there is a way to see if our PRI is functioning correctly. Is there a way to see if all channels on the PRI were in use at a certain day/time?

To my knowledge there is no simple way to do this without some kind of external software like call cost accounting. The easiest way may be to have their telco run a traffic report for a week or two, most will do it for free, especially if they think they may be able to get a sale out of the deal because you don't have enough trunks, although I have seen some that charge for this service.

Of course, you could always just run the Diagnostic Monitor and capture SMDR for a day, but then you would have to manually go through it and see how busy the system was, time consuming, but an option I guess.

I do this with Contact Center Suite, but it's another piece of software that integrates with the Axxess... it gives lot of reports, may be worth it to take a look.
