has anyone managed to get a fax machine working on an ip sla connected on a cs5400
the sla has been upgraded to work and does connect but i cannot send or receive faxes

This is not officially supported by Mitel, however it can work. Setting the vocoder to g.711 and the audio frames/ip packet to 1 will give you the best chance of it working.
