| General Information Hey everyone. I have absolutely no experience with the Intertel phone systems, and am actually just trying to help an old associate out with some information. She is doing an assessment for a client who owns a small medical practice, and so far all she can tell me is that they have about 55 employees and that the PBX is Intertel Axxess 9.1. Can anyone tell me anything about Axxess 9.1? Is that outdated or current? Still supported? Are there any limitations with that product? I know that they are currently not using any auto attendant or hunt group functionality, but it sounds like they need to. Will that type of system handle these functions? I should have more information shortly (configuration, support, etc...) but I wanted to see if anyone could help me out with the limited information I currently have. Thanks. |
