d if so where can I get phones for it?

The GLX system was discontinued by Inter-Tel in 1999. There are a lot of third party vendors that offer refurbished phones though, doing a search on google for "Inter-Tel GLX " seems to present quite a few options.

You can get them at Main Resource, Inc. 800 362-6740. They will have a one-year warranty.
