Timelength of Number input to dial?

Hey Guys,

Is there a way to edit the time from when the number is entered into the phone to when the number is dialed on the softfone 8602 ?

Sounds like you want to shorten the time it takes for the phone to recognize end of dialing? This will be a system wide setting, it is in DB programming under system/timers and limits and is the interdigit - long timer, default is 15 seconds.

There is only the system wide setting, no way to change it on a per station basis. You can signal end of dialing anytime by dialing # though, depends on the users involved i suppose but it may be your best bet to just train them to dial #.
