Location: Easley, SC Rep Power: 0 ![]() | We are strongly considering the idea of deploying 8602 soft phones within our call center which runs Axxess 8.224 (we will be upgrading to 10.x), but we want the Auto Answer feature turned on for our ACD Agents. I have heard that auto answering will not work on a soft phone. Anyone know if it works or how to make it work? Thanks. | ||||||||
