QOS Tagging on Inter-Tel Axxess & 8662

Hi

We have just installed an IPRC card into our Inter-tel Axxess and installed a number of new 8662.
Can anyone tell me how/where I configure QOS on either the 8662's or on the IPRC card so that it can talk with my Layer 2 device (Cisco Switch) which is configured to prioritise packets tagged with the COS level of 5.

All other systems (Mitel/Cisco) that I seen allow you to set the COS value on the phone itself (or push via DHCP) but I can find no mention of this anywhere with the Inter-Tel kit, I can't believe Believe it's not hidden somewhere.

All I have found is a setting for TOS, though I'm not sure if it's possible to actually map TOS straight onto DSCP on my switch to ensure QOS for Voice traffic.

Any advice or links to guides on setting this up on Inter-Tel Axxess systems would be much appreciated?

Thanks in advance.
Dave

In Database Programming (IP Connections\P600x) you can set the 'Audio RTP Type of Service' = 184. This equates to DSCP type EF

Just want to add one thing to ITEngineer's reply, there is a "Data Type of Service" field in the same area as the "Audio Type of Service", you will probably want to set it to 184 also.
