Fax line issue

I have an issue where a particular phone number which is the number to a physical fax machine is going to a users extension and directly into her VM. This user has a DID setup and it's different from the number assigned to the fax machine. When her DID is dialed or faxed to all is well.

I don't see the number assigned to the fax machine anywhere in my phone system. Where can I find all the phone numbers we have in the phone system? It's a CS5000 2.2.1.21.

DID programming would be found under system/trunk related information/call routing tables. It will probably be one of the first ones but to make sure you could look at the ring-in destination of your trunk group.

I've checked...

I've checked in the Trunk Related Info under system and I don't see this particular number in there. Where would I check the ring in destination of the trunk group?

Look in trunk groups. Should be a group for your T-1 PRI
