The new UM OSE 2.0 client has been released to production now. You need 5000 Ver 2.4 or Axxess Ver 11 and EM 1.2 to run the new client.

is there a portal site where customers can download these updates? I've been looking for some sort of knowledge base for Inter-Tel but havent been successful. If not, how do we get the update?

Yes, the knowledge base is a great idea that I have suggested for customers for years. I don't see it anytime soon however.

To get these upgrades you must contact your reseller. The system upgrade is not large, however your license must be upgraded to allow for the new version of software. The EM upgrade is very large and the reseller must order the DVD from Inter-Tel.
