CLID issue - AT&T

We have an InterTel Eclipse2 PBX. We switched providers to AT&T and we need to change our outbound caller ID to plainly our telephone number. I thought AT&T would be able to do this, but they for some reason cannot.

They (AT&T) advised that there is a way to change it from "our side". Their rough advice is for us to "go into your (my) phone switch, call manager, and have it send out-bound digits to us (AT&T) and we'll (AT&T) configure the switch to pass those digits on."

Does anyone know how to do this?

1st of all they need to change your Main Billing Number to the outbound caller ID you want.

Second the PBX can send outbound caller ID only if this is a PRI circuit. If so go to System/Device & Feature Codes/Stations/ and click on one of the stations. The calling party name is where you put in the outbound caller ID, again this only works if the outbound circuit is a T1PRI.
