We are nearly out of DID/Fax numbers. Again, our phone guy just quit. When I go to buy another block of numbers will I do this through the local phone company or through Inter-tel? Thanks!

You buy these from the telco and add them in your call routing tables. Make sure your new block has the same number of digits as the old block.
