Internal Calling IC by ext and phone ringing...

Before we upgraded our 5000 to v2.3 when I dialed internally from one extension to the other, I was able to start talking to that extensio immediately, with no need to wait for the other party to pick up. Now it's ringing...

I checked the Handsfree on/off flags, and all extensions are still listed in there. No idea how to fix this.

Any help?!

Check the endpoint you are calling from. Make sure the "Ring Intercom Always On/Off" flag is set to no or make sure the endpoint isn't listed. Alternatively you can dial spcl +377. Also make sure the system forwarding paths assigned to the endpoints don't have the IC condition set to yes.

Hello Woody, BRAVO!

THANKS YOU SO MUCH.
The FWD path was set IC YES.

P.S. It's always been at NO but It was changed to YES by itself by the recent SW upgrade we did.
