I have an Axxess 9.1 with a PRI circuit and am having difficulty seting up call forwarding to external numbers through the vmail. If using the company directory and typing in an employees name - is there a way to have that call forward to a cell number? This employee works outside the main office.

Does this mailbox in question have a device associated with it? If it does, then you can remotely forward the device to the cell number.

The mailbox does not have an associated device.

Create a phantom extension same number as the mailbox. Then forward the phantom device to the desired number. You can do this by enabling online monitor in the view menu. Be very careful what you change when using online monitor, turn it off when as soon as you have forwarded the device.
