Beep on listen in
Hi,

My supervisors can listen in on an agent call, I'm not sure what this feature is called, barge-in, listen-in, monitor or similar.

But, the agents who are being monitored get an intermitent beep in their ear.

Where can i turn this beep off? I'd also like it not to beep when the supevisor first comes into the call.

Can you help please?

This is in System Flags. It is a system wide flag and removes it for all. Go to system flags in DB Studio and press F1 for a description of the flags.

In station flags turn ucd/acd station monitor indications to no and that will turn the beep off when monitoring
