Angry 8602 Softphone

I've got a CS5400 and included in the package were license for softphones, the 8602 model to be exact.

Now they work internally and over the VPN perfectly, however when just connectioning over the internet they connect but no sound is presented at either end of the call.

I've got the following ports open on the firewall:

5566 TCP
5567 UDP
5004-5069 TCP
6004-6247 TCP, UDP

However even if I open teh firewall and let all traffic through it still doesn't allow voice traffic through.

Has anyone got any ideas as this is driving me mad!!

Thanks

Peter

In programming you have to assign a NAT address in the 5400 for both the processor and the processor expansion card. You need two valid public IP address's.
Check under System/IP Settings and see what the NAT IP address is.
