Digit Translation Timeout

First post, hello all.

I have an issue where in our attendant application, where you have an option to press 1 or 2 and that will take you to certain extensions. However, if you dont select 1 or 2 very fast it times out and dials the operator. What timer do I need to change to make this not time out so fast?

Thanks

Look in the CRA and under the day and night recording there are pauses there after the recording number. You can add a short pause (1 Sec) and intermediate pause (5 sec), or a long pause (10 sec). You can also add multiple short, intermediate, or long pauses to accomplish the exact amount of timeout you want. If the timeout is going to a hunt group then the hunt group timers may effect this as well. The hunt group timers are in the individual hunt groups.
