Dial Rules for International Calls

System: Axxess 8.1 software with a T1 PRI.

I'm trying to setup a dial rule or dial pattern to allow calls to Germany. The number I need is the format 011 49 xxx xxx xxxx.

I have dial rules set pretty much as default with Echo toll field, echo 3 digits after toll field, echo Local address.

I don't see "Echo country code" as a choice, but that seems like a good idea. I also don't see "echo remainder of digits" which would work too.

I'm getting out, with a recording that says " number can't be completed as dialed".

How do I see what the system is actually dialing? Is "Local Address" the last seven digits as I suspect? Does anyone have dial rules and a dial pattern for US to Germany that works well?

If you are using ARS then the standard dial rules for International station should work. Add your PRI to the facility group for International Station and give that a try. Also make sure under system/device & feature code/stations/station related information/ that the outgoing is set to the feature code for ARS which is 9200 or 92000 depending on the age of the system. There are some exceptions to this rule so if this does not work let me know.
