Inter-tel 5000 in Singapore

Hi I am looking to install an Inter-tel 5000 in Singapore and am finding it hard getting information from Inter-tel and Singtel who supply the ISDN lines. I am worried that that ISDN lines will not work.

Singnet have said this about the ISDN lines.
BRI (ISDN2) layer 1 protocol is in accordance to ITU-T rec. I.430 that defines ISDN communication between TE (Terminal Equipment) and NT (Network Termination) across the S/T reference point (compatible recommendation is ANSI T1.605). Basic rate access may employ a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint configuration. The protocol also defines different specifications for customer premises wiring on the S/T reference point.

Does anyone have experince of Phone systems/ISDN lines in Singapore ?.

Thanks for your help.

Richard
