Hi all,

Is there a way that I can configure a button the Executive phone to log into a specific group?

I've got a 5400

Yes, depending on how the Hunt Group is configured, you can do this. For a UCD HG program a button on your 4500 for feature 324. ACD agent log in would be 326.

Thanks for the idea, but I'm new to the Inter-Tel. Whats a UCD HG you mention?

I know that the 326 code is a 'specific HG login' code. But not really sure how to set up what you suggested.

Can you explain it a little more please?

You can either program a key in dbase programming in enpoint related information/keymap or if the key is programmable you can dial feature code 397 press the key to program, then the feature code you would like this key to dial when pressed.
