CO PRI reporting

Hello,

we have an AXXESS system with 9.x code with 3 PRIs. how do i run a report that shows utilization of my PRI trunk group? i am seeking to pull off one of those PRIs and put it into a fax server but dont want to impact the exsiting call volume.

The Axxess does not have built in reporting that would show enough detail to make this decision. You might want to check into some call accounting software like Microcall, or one of the many programs that are out there.

You should be able to obtain these reports from your Telco provider as well. Ask for an hourly report for the past 3 months, this should be something that you can get from them at no charge.
